We need to get this 2 piece fabulous red, original 1950's ox yoke couch and chair sold as quickly as possible -- it is in Troy, Ohio. I will get a delivery quote for the interested party, but please, be serious about a quote, as the cost can be significant. Personal pick up is always an option.

The set is the ox yoke style, not wagon wheel, but however, made by the Economy Furniture Company in Texas in the 50's and 60's. Both pieces still have their original rope tied around the D ring between the two yokes. The color of the wood in this set is the original dark brown. A good furniture oil can bring it back to life --and elbow grease. It has been stored away for years. The back of the couch is missing the cover over the springs. Easily replaceable by an upholsterer or yourself!

The club chair is basically in mint condition, and the embroidered horse head is magnificent. The couch has those mean old long horns embroidered on the back and they are in mint condition. The seat of the couch has some small nicks, and one very small slit. Also, fixable. A good vinyl doctor can do the job.
