A customer friend sent us this hunk of gnarly oak wood from her ranch and asked Tom to make her a lamp - so here it is --- he left the bark on, electrified it, perched it on top of a piece of wood, then put chartreuse leather around the edge, which he had used to upholster a bedroom set that he made this friend. Then he put the Molesworth brass tacks around the bottom edge. I added my friend Joan LaGoy's hand painted cowboy lampshade, and don't you think it is just perfect???

Our friend thought it was - so today, it went on it's way to her ranch in Northern California.
