This is the latest swivel saddle bar stool that Tom has created for a client on the East Coast. She was thrilled with it -- we also made her two of Tom's Famous Swivel Bar stools which are shown on our web site, also. You can read her comments on our "customer Feedback Page".

These bar stools are fun, and everyone likes to sit on them - they also are a great way to show off a very special saddle. The stools can be made to fit your saddle, and have longer legs if need be, especially if it is to be used for a fancy silver parade saddle.

The bar stool legs are hand peeled pine logs, cut and fit by hand tools. The part the saddle sits on is a big log cut in half. The last big long log we needed, we had to go to Cody, Wyoming to purchase! The stain is whatever color the client wants, or the gold Molesworth stain we use for much of our custom western furniture. It is then sprayed with lacquer, and hand rubbed before the final coat, so has a wonderful smooth finish that won't harm your clothes, but still looks rustic and western!

We purchased this wonderful old leather saddle for our client, and this is an added expense to the bar stool. In this case, the saddle was $500. It dates to the late 1800's and was made by a famous saddle maker in Pueblo, Colorado. It really made the bar stool special, didn't it?

If you have any questions, please e mail us. This bar stool it shipped in 2 boxes and some hand assembly is required on the buyer's end. Then the saddle is attached by inserting screws through the leather that is under the saddle skirt, so the saddle is not ruined and can be used on a real horse again.

It normally costs about $20 for the 2 boxes needed for shipping, and between $45 to about $65 per each box, to ship one bar stool. We will use best shipping business available. The buyer pays for all shipping expenses and insurance. We do not charge for our packing time or any packing materials, just the boxes. 

We accept your personal check with no problem.

If you need different measurements for the height, that is not a problem, either. We have even made a couple of saddle bar stool ottomans for clients!
