This is a fabulous and very hard to find 1950's RED naugahyde wagon wheel couch and rocker set that is in Minnesota. Purchased new in the 1950's, it has barely ever been used, and is basically just like showroom floor condition. The beautiful red couch features an embroidered longhorn steer on the back of it, and on each side of the back are stitched spurs, and it folds down to make a bed, with storage underneath. This couch has a working vibrator installed in it, which is original to the set. Sounds interesting to me! --- Never have had one of those attached to a wagon wheel couch before!
The large and heavy wagon wheel rocking chair is extremely comfortable sitting! It has no damage anywhere --- and features an embroidered horse head on the back. It is a platform rocker.
There is a side chair that has a boot graphic embroidered on the back of it. Nice sitting chair for a conversation pit, or an office.
ALL IN FAB RED!!!
There is one end/side table and one coffee table. The coffee table has two small cigarette burns in the top -- everyone smoked in the fifties -- !!! A large wonderful cowboy ashtray would cover those up --- or a magazine! The end table has a faint water mark from a glass. Just vintage wear, folks!
Measurements: Sofa is 82 inches wide by 32 inches deep by 30 inches high. Rocking Chair is 33 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 33 inches high. Side Chair is 25 inches wide by 24 inches deep by 30 inches high. Coffee Table is 36 inches long by 24 inches wide by 15 inches high. End/Side Table is 24 inches long by 15 inches wide by 22 inches high.
